Motherhood Circle: Move and Bond

This class blends gentle movement, mindful connection, and supportive community to help you strengthen your body while deepening the bond with your child.

Through guided exercises, interactive play, and shared moments, you’ll support your child’s development while honoring your own well-being in this season of motherhood. Whether you're easing back into movement or simply seeking meaningful connection, the Motherhood Circle offers a welcoming environment where you and your baby can feel supported, seen, and uplifted.

Songs for Seeds

This interactive class encourages children (6 weeks to 6 years) to sing, dance, and play! Our musicians take students on a musical journey through a series of engaging activities.

Your kids will experience music and language from cultures around the word, sing-along to well-known nursery rhymes and modern hits, and practice their numbers, counting, and animal sounds during engaging games and songs. This class is sure to please little ones and their caregivers!
